Conscious Movement

Yoga Therapy is the form of Conscious Movement offered in this space. Yoga Therapy honours the philosophy and technologies that have been in continuous use for millennia. Through movement, breathwork and deep rest Yoga therapy can promote health-fullness. It works not just at a physical level but on the level of the emotions, energetics and heart level. And there is also an increasing evidence base for the use of Yoga Therapy in Integrative medicine.

Meaningful Rest

Yoga Nidra is an antidote to the stresses and busy-ness of life. Honouring rest and restoration. Carve out time to honour this often overlooked necessity tapping into your innate wisdom and creativity.

Womens Circles

Honouring the cyclical wisdom of womanhood is what we welcome in these circles and 1:1 sessions. Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy is designed to support all aspects of woman’s health and wellbeing. The practices are interwoven with Yoga Nidra welcoming re-connection with inner wisdom, insight and vitality.

Yasmin’s weekly sessions have given me courage and opportunity to move and feel the aliveness in my body, no matter what is happening.
