I’m so glad your curiosity led you to this space. My aim is to support you in living well with chronic diseases and the changes associated with aging through Yoga Therapy.
Yoga therapy offers an all-encompassing view of health and health-fullness to develop easeful movement, a restful mind, and invites you to step into your wholeness.

I’m so excited to share a short workshop on Chair Yoga for Older Adults in Aged Care and Assisted Living Facilities in The Art of Teaching Chair Yoga with Jivana Heyman and guest teachers!
In this 28-hour online training, you’ll learn the skills and knowledge to bring chair yoga to all students and populations who would benefit—including those who live with spinal cord injuries or neurological conditions, stroke survivors, and older adults.
Through workshops and sample practices, you’ll gain practical tips for offering chair yoga in spaces beyond the studio, learn how to adapt these practices to a vast spectrum of needs and experiences, and expand your reach as a teacher.
My workshop, Chair Yoga for Older Adults in Aged Care and Assisted Living Facilities will explore he key aspects associated with safely and effectively delivering chair yoga to older adults living in assisted living facilities.
